Just for fun, visit this website called The World’s Largest Catsup Bottle. What a fun place to check out!
It is all about a building in Collinsville, Illinois that was built to resemble, what else?
A catsup bottle.
The town has created quite a little tourism by making the large, red piece of architecture (actually a watertower) stay in the forefront of people’s minds when they come anywhere near the place.
From postcards to kids coloring books, T-shirts to Christmas ornaments, there is plenty of merchandise available to show off your favorite condiment in larger than life size.
The website is large with a fan club, storefront, history of the water tower and even an section on the restoration efforts to keep the building in good shape for many years to come. I highly recommend a fun tour of this unique website.
