I’ve had my tomato today Nancy…I cut up a whole tomato and throw it in the blender with 8 oz of orange juice….sometimes I will throw in half a carrot or a couple of strawberries just to change it up a little.

I am very conscious about my Calorie intake when eating. I usually restrict my Calorie intake so as not to gain weight and also i am into a low carb, low fat diet.
