We all know that tomatoes are one of the healthiest foods out there, but just how healthy are they?
An average tomato has just 21 calories, and here is a quick glance at the nutritional information of a tomato, including calories, fat, carbohydrates, sugars, and of course Vitamin C:

I\’ve had my tomato today Nancy…I cut up a whole tomato and throw it in the blender with 8 oz of orange juice….sometimes I will throw in half a carrot or a couple of strawberries just to change it up a little.

i love tomatoes eat at least 2 everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t have a full tomato, but I did have a few slices (About 5-6) a few minutes ago for a quick, barely-any-calorie snack.
They are so yummy! Today I just had plain slices, but I love to put a bit of pepper on them for a little bit of a bite to it. So yummy!
