A great way to add something to those otherwise boring salads, dressings and sauces or anything else you might think needs a little more taste in it, once again this is another quick and easy recipe that you can prepare at home.
Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt and pepper
• 3 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
• 10 basil leaves
• 4 sprigs Thyme, leaves only
• 2 Bay leaves
• 16 plum tomatoes, peeled
• 1 tsp Sugar
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 260.F and Line a baking tray with foil and drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly over.

Yes, tomato sherbet.
This is a great recipe for those of you with that sweet tooth and an eye for decoration and is one of my favourite things to use up any extra tomatoes lying around.
It’s very easy to make and can be stored for a long time, I use it to decorate plates and canapés for any parties I throw, but it can be used for any number of things, especially for impressing your friends with a funky new style to your cooking.
