Tomatoes as Weapons in PETA War Against Fur

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are turning to tomatoes to help wage the war against wearing fur.

On a page of the PETA website entitled “Revenge of the PETA Tomatoes,” the animal rights organization encourages throwing this fruit with the tendency to splat on impact at those wearing fur and have even placed “throw me at a fur-wearer” stickers on some market tomatoes.

PETA recommends the Rambo Red, Cherry Bomb, “Terminator,” Beefsteak, Salad, and Apple varieties “to give you the most squash for your cash.” Or, burst for your buck perhaps? Read the rest of this entry »
