Recipe: Patatas Bravas

Patatas Bravas is classic Spanish dish which literally means “fierce potatoes.”
As with most tapas dishes, each recipe will vary from each bar or household all believing they have the best.
So try this version of Patatas Bravas with a glass of chilled white wine and see how you get on, remembering that you can add or take away as much paprika and chilli as you want.
