Recipe: Tomato Risotto

– 5 oz risotto rice
– 2 oz tomato juice
– 2 oz sun dried tomatoes

Recipe: Slow Cooked Tomatoes

A great way to add something to those otherwise boring salads, dressings and sauces or anything else you might think needs a little more taste in it, once again this is another quick and easy recipe that you can prepare at home.

– 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– sea salt and pepper
– 3 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
– 10 basil leaves
– 4 sprigs Thyme, leaves only
– 2 Bay leaves
– 16 plum tomatoes, peeled
– 1 tsp Sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 260.F and Line a baking tray with foil and drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly over.
