Not all tomatoes are perfectly shaped and beauty contest worthy, something Alan Blomfield of South City, New Zealand can attest to.
The veteran gardener has 25 tomato growing seasons behind him, but he had never seen anything like the five-headed tomato he pulled out of his garden recently.
Even stranger is that the odd tomato appears to have really been four separate and distinct tomatoes all smashed into one and connected at the top.

You might’ve even kept a few on your counter to show people because your descriptions could never do them justice.
Well for all those ugly tomatoes out there, there’s hope—in the form of a contest.

As of yet, as far as the public eye is concerned, Jesus has not been found in a tomato. Nor has the image of Mary. Nor has Moses, or Anna Nicole Smith.
However, a year ago, an uncannily human (if cartoony) face was found on a giant tomato in Yawata, Kyoto last year. Warts and all.

On the other hand, the word Allah was found in this tomato in 1999, by a 27-year old woman in West Yorkshire, Great Britain.
